Dr. Jacqueline Witter-Easley is a professor in the Education Department and Dean of the Division of Professional Studies at Carthage College. Dr. Witter-Easley’s areas of expertise are literacy education, children’s literature, creative arts education, and culturally responsive teaching.

Ruth Li

Ruth Li is a Ph.D. student in the Joint Program in English and Education at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, where she serves as a graduate student mentor and writing instructor. Her research examines college students’ literary interpretive writing, and her articles have appeared or are forthcoming in Assessing Writing, College Communication and Communication, Computers and Composition, and the Journal of Interactive Technology and Pedagogy.
