Ubiquity

 

Ubiquity is a peer-reviewed, online, multimodal international journal that publishes work covering a broad spectrum of topics in the areas of literature, literacy, arts and related fields. The journal is cross-disciplinary, and provides an important forum for thought-provoking research and analyses of practice and policy centered on literacy and arts education. It also publishes original literary work, art, and journalism, especially when these are fused together. Select strands within the journal accept publications incorporating video, audio, animation, images, graphics, and hypertext, focusing on works that use two or more of these together. Ubiquity invites urban, rural and international perspectives.


FOR AUTHORS

In order to submit your work to Ubiquity, please follow these steps:

1. Register for an account or log in. IMPORTANT NOTE: When you click the registration link, please make sure to check the Author box to be able to submit your work. 

2. After you register, click the User Home button in the top menu to find information about submitting and going through the review process.

3. Under the My Journals section of the User Home page, click the link for Author or New Submission. Author will let you see your progress in previous work submissions or start a new submission. New Submission will also allow you to start a new submission and go through the review process. Consult our video tutorials for instructions on going through our submission portal.
 
4. Before you submit, review the Publication Submission page to ensure that your work meets all requirements.
 
5. Be sure to prepare your documents for a blind review. Please consult tutorial video 4 on our Ubiquity Submissions Tutorial page or read this PDF.

FOR REVIEWERS

In order to review for Ubiquity, please follow these steps:


1. Register for an account or log in. IMPORTANT NOTE: When you click the registration link, please make sure to check the Reviewer box to be able to review for Ubiquity. 


2. After you register, click the User Home button in the top menu to take you to the reviewer home page.

3. Under the My Journals section of the User Home page, click the link for Reviewer. Reviewer will let you see submissions assigned to you.

4. Before you review, read Reviewer Guidelines.
