|Bio: Timothy Hicks is a Ph.D. student in the Learning Technologies Division at Georgia State University. He completed his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Rhetoric and Composition at Georgia State University. He currently works as a GRA for the Center for the Study of Adult Literacy (CSAL) and the Center on Literacy and Deafness (CLAD), and he works as a GTA for the Learning Technologies Division. Timothy also contributes to the Instructional Technology Center (ITC) at Georgia State University, where he uses his expertise in web development on various projects. His research interests include user-centered design, self-directed learning, motivation, usability testing, rhetorical analysis, and critical pedagogy.|

|Bio: Tommy Jolly is a doctoral student and graduate research assistant in Language and Literacy Education at Georgia State University and an English teacher at a metro Atlanta high school. He earned a B.A. in English at California Baptist University and an M.Ed. in English Education at Georgia State. His research interests include writing centers, digital rhetoric, the writing lives of teachers, and how secondary students prepare for college-level writing.
