  1. The handout of murder charges is a compilation of charges taken from Gerald N. Hill and Kathleen T. Hill\u2019s The People\u2019s Law Dictionary, <\/em>retrieved from http:\/\/dictionary.law.com\/Default.aspx?review=true<\/a>.<\/li>
  2. a. Definitions of Murder Charges from The People\u2019s Law Dictionary<\/em>. b. \u201cAdmissibility of Battered-Spouse-Syndrome Evidence in Alaska\u201d from Duke University School of Law\/Alaska Law Review<\/em>. c. \u201cBattered Women Who Kill: Impact of Expert Testimony Type and Timing\u201d from Psychiatry, Psychology & Law<\/em>.<\/li>
  3. Crane determined the number by surmising, to the best of her ability as an observer, complete<\/em> utterances.<\/li>
  4. Crane successfully recorded Group 2\u2019s discussions for both days. Crane only successfully recorded one day for Groups 1 and 3. Thus, technical difficulties account for the discrepancy in the number of utterances between Group 2 and Groups 1 and 3.<\/li>
  5. The recorder for Group 1 malfunctioned on the second day of recording, so Crane could not document their collaboration in writing the essay.<\/li>
