Ted\u2019s research interests include multimodal responses to literature, children\u2019s non-fiction, and critical media literacy. His scholarship and creative publications have appeared in a variety of journals, including <em>Reading and Writing Quarterly<\/em>, <em>Language Arts, Children\u2019s Literature in Education<\/em>, <em>The Elementary School Journal<\/em>, and <em>Journal of Literacy Research<\/em>.
