Keiser<\/p>\n<h4>Biographical Note<\/h4>\n<p>David Lee Keiser is an Associate Professor of Teacher Education at Montclair State University. He is a facilitator with the CARE for Teachers Program, and he has been working with exceptional populations since 1987.
